With a maximum web width of 320mm, the RY320 series flexographic printing press doesn't take up a lot of floor space.The standard configuration flexo printing machine can print at both sides at the same time. It is also equipped with one rotary die cutting station, thus it can finish unwinding, printing, lamination and die cutting in one process. Each printing unit has an IR drider, but the UV drier is also optional. This machine can print 1-8 colors. The machine prints narrow labels on paper, film, and self-adhesive tags for use in supermarkets, drug stores and department stores.

Characteristics
1. The anilox roller are adopted to spread ink. Our anilox roller has strong resistance to abrasion and corrosion, thus having a long lifespan. This frees users from the trouble of regularly replacing the roller. When the printing is completed, the ink roller can automatically leave away from the printed material and keep rotating at low speed so as to prevent the ink on from drying.
2. The unwinding and rewinding are controlled by magnetic brake and clutch or by Mitsubishi automatic tension controller made in Japan. These devices guarantee stable and reliable rewinding and unwinding.
3. The printing units adopt 360 ? registrations. Each printing unit can be taken apart and used independently. It is equipped with a drying device which enables the ink to rapidly condense to avoid ink blurring or shedding and brings convenience to the cutting operation of the printed products.4. Each printing unit is equipped with an infrared dryer. You can also choose to install a UV drying device.
5. The rubber roller can automatically move away and run at a low speed, in order to avoid water being black.
6. The imported main motor adopts stepless regulation of frequency conversion. This device can reduce mechanical shock and power consumption, thus prolonging machineøíð™ lifespan and reducing operating cost.
7. The flexo printing machine is equipped with a deviation correction sensor which can automatically control the material feeding device and make the printing accurate and stable.
8. Unwinding, printing, varnishing, IR drying, laminating and rewinding can be finished in one process. This kind of printing machine is best for adhesive-paper labels and other commercial label.

Installation and Commissioning
If the buyer needs our engineer, we will dispatch an engineer. But the buyer pays all the expenses including the visa, round air ticket, food and accommodation, and the salary of 80$/day for engineer during the first 7 days. After 7 days, the buyer should pay 100$/day for engineer.

Warranty
We offer one year guarantee since the installation date. If the machine needs repair during this period, we will dispatch an engineer to buyer's side. The buyer should pay all the expenses including the visa, round air ticket, food and accommodation, and the salary of 80$/day for engineer during the first 7 days. After 7 days, the buyer should pay 100$/day for engineer. During the guarantee period, if the damages of the parts are caused by the quality problems, we will bear the cost of the new parts. But the freight should be paid by the buyer. Additionally, if the damages are arisen by improper use, we will not supply them for free.
