IHF fluoroplastic alloy centrifugal pump is designed and manufactured according to international standards and combined with non-metallic pump technology. The pump body adopts a metal shell lined with perfluoroalkoxy (F46/PFA), and the pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are all made of metal inserts wrapped in fluoroplastic and sintered as a whole, combining the advantages of various plastic pumps. It has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance, good wear resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, no toxin decomposition, smooth operation, advanced and reasonable structure, reliable sealing performance, easy disassembly and maintenance, and long service life. Shaft seals can be equipped with external single end mechanical seals and containerized double end mechanical seals. The sealing surface for grinding can be selected from materials such as silicon carbide, pressureless sintered silicon carbide, ceramics, PTFE, hard alloys, etc., to meet the requirements for conveying various media.
