Dynamic multifunctional extracting tank can be used in various process operations such as chinese medicine, food and chemical industries to normal pressure, mini pressure, water frying, warm soaking, heat reflux, forced circulation, diacolation, redolent oil extract and organic solvent recovery.
Structure of Dynamic Multifunctional Extracting Tank
The tank is equipped with CIP cleaning automatic rotary spray washing ball head, thermometer hole, explosion-proof lamp, mirror, quick open feeding mouth, etc., to ensure the operation is simple, in line with the GMP standard.
Equipment within the cylinder is made of imported SUS304, jacketed with fully enclosed aluminum silicate blanket insulation, outer barrel considerate thin plate SUS304 inferior smooth finish.
The matching facilities includes: defoaming machine, congealing machine, cooling machine, oil-water separating machine, medicine pumps, the console and other accessories.
Working principle of Dynamic Multifunctional Extracting Tank
Step 1 set into the extracting tank medicinal materials, plus medicinal materials of 5 ~ 10 times of solvent such as water, ethanol, methanol, and acetone, etc. (according to the technological requirements).
Step 2 is to open extractor is direct and jacketed steam valves, to extract heated to boiling 20 ~ 30 minutes, with the suction filter tube 1/3 extract smoke into the concentrator.
Step 3 close extraction tank through and jacketed steam heater, open the valve to make liquid enrichment. Concentrate produced in the secondary steam, through steam hair rising pipe into the extracting tank as the heat source and solution, keep the pot boiling. Secondary steam continues to rise, the condenser cooling into hot condensate, fall into the extracting tank as a new solvent, to add to a face of drug solvent new top-down high-speed through the medicinal material layer into the extracting tank bottom that formation of the new solvent reflux extraction, the density of solute and solvent containing solute in medicinal materials keep high gradient density, medicinal herbs of high solute instant, until completely dissolved out (extract colorless), at this point, the extract stop pumped in concentrator, enrichment of secondary steam transferred to cooler, enrichment continues, until reduced to need ointment (1.2 ~ 1.34), the proportion of release is used. Colorless liquid extraction tank, the tank can be put in for the approval, drainage of liquid slag from door.

1. Pneumatic type cover open and close is adopted. Two cylinders of large tension are allocated at the two sides of the extracting tank.
